Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us at FFDFbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged stickers cannot be returned.
• Custom or special-order items are final sale.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at FFDFbusiness@gmail.com.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
